The Lew Allen collection was obtained through Mr. Ken
Lazier of Santa Clara, California. Mr. Lazier states he is a former
photographer for Bender Publishing and former general’s aide in the US Army
with the rank of Colonel. He has since placed together his own military museum
in Santa Clara and solicits items from former military personnel using his
museum as the excuse. When he accumulates extra items he sells to other
collectors.
